I got to give all credit on this one to Cameron Ross and Ross Holmes For both parties in the direction of the Salt Lake in driftwood, Texas. It's an hour outside of town So it's a lovely peaceful drive away from this insanity. Yeah, and I'll tell you man. You feel like you're in no country for old men
2:36There's like The brush flying across the road, you know, but you get out there There's this pit that's been there. I think for 120 years since the 1800s, right? It started out just a pit and they built the building around it and since then they placed other salt lakes around the area I understand but they always use the original flame from that pit that's been going non-stop for 120 years really to start the Fire at the other pits. That's incredible And it's the best barbecue. It's the best meal I've ever had that you've ever had period. All right So day one of South by Southwest come to a close still on a search though for this barbecue in all of Texas What what do you recommend? Ray Boy. What's up? Everything. It starts off with a bed of sauce. Yeah
3:24And then on top of that, you put a little bit of sauce And then we put the rest of it. Yeah. And then as the beers they resist on, you throw on, throw it for it Done That sounds amazing That is a man which I like it That my playboy? Oh, yeah Thank you. I'm very excited. It's awesome.
